What to Know About Boot Camp

For those of you wondering what this boot camp is all about, here you go. We do almost all circuit training. We focus on different parts of the body everyday. We will never do the same workout twice. We will repeat exercises through the 6 weeks but not workouts. The workouts are hard but can be done at all fitness levels. Most people are so worried they are going to be the only one out of shape. I promise this is not the case. The classes are held in my basement and it is a very laid back atmosphere. We usually laugh a lot and have a good time while getting your butt kicked:). If you don't fully commit yourself to the program you won't hardly see any weight loss. You may still lose inches and you will definitly gain a lot of strength but unless you make a effort to eat better the results will be minimal. I give you lots of tools to help you with it that so you can be successful. No more excuses just make the first step! Come join me!
