Changes to Boot Camp Times

I decided to change the times I am teaching classes due to popularity. For this next 6 week session there will be no 6 am class. I just haven't had enough interest. I will be holding 2 night classes. Here are my new class times

Both classes are held Mon-Thurs starting Jan 10th for 6 weeks
100$
Class 1 8-9pm
Class 2 9-10pm

What Am I Getting Myself Into

Boot camp is a 6 week program designed to help you lose weight, inches. and get fit. We do this by doing circuit type exercises and learning how to eat healthy. Each person will receive a book to log your daily food habits. I don't want you to be on a diet. I want you to learn to eat the right way for the rest of your life. Its a new lifestyle. If you show up to class, work hard, and make better eating choices you can expect to lose 1-2 lbs a week. I am always available to help you with any concerns or questions you may have. I will meet with you individually to help you figure out your goals and what you want to accomplish with this class. I want you to get what you are looking for.

Surviving the Holiday Parties

There are so many parties its hard not to gorge yourself with sweets and fatty finger foods. So what can you do to save yourself from over eating and then feeling bad about yourself the next day.
*Don't go to the party starving- Have something at home before you go so you don't want to eat everything in site.

*If you want to try a dessert or something that you just can't resist, don't pick the biggest one you can find. Take smaller portions

*Every party has veggie tray or fruit trays. Fill your plate with healthier choices and you won't have room for the other stuff.

*Drink lots of water. A lot of the time people think they are hungry when they are just dehydrated. Plus, if your belly is full of water you won't be able to eat as much.

*If you are going to a potluck, bring something you know is healthy. Then you know you will have one good choice.

Everyone Welcome

Men and women are both invited to join this boot camp. There is already one guy enrolled in the morning class and I know he doesn't want to be the only one. So tell your husbands or men in your life about the class too. This class is for all fitness levels also. Don't be worried if you are just starting out. Everyone can go at their own pace. That's the great thing about exercise you yourself can make it more intense or less intense. Make the first step in getting in shape!
