What Am I Getting Myself Into

Boot camp is a 6 week program designed to help you lose weight, inches. and get fit. We do this by doing circuit type exercises and learning how to eat healthy. Each person will receive a book to log your daily food habits. I don't want you to be on a diet. I want you to learn to eat the right way for the rest of your life. Its a new lifestyle. If you show up to class, work hard, and make better eating choices you can expect to lose 1-2 lbs a week. I am always available to help you with any concerns or questions you may have. I will meet with you individually to help you figure out your goals and what you want to accomplish with this class. I want you to get what you are looking for.
