There are so many parties its hard not to gorge yourself with sweets and fatty finger foods. So what can you do to save yourself from over eating and then feeling bad about yourself the next day.
*Don't go to the party starving- Have something at home before you go so you don't want to eat everything in site.
*If you want to try a dessert or something that you just can't resist, don't pick the biggest one you can find. Take smaller portions
*Every party has veggie tray or fruit trays. Fill your plate with healthier choices and you won't have room for the other stuff.
*Drink lots of water. A lot of the time people think they are hungry when they are just dehydrated. Plus, if your belly is full of water you won't be able to eat as much.
*If you are going to a potluck, bring something you know is healthy. Then you know you will have one good choice.
